It helped me to have a better understanding of the small things that are needed to work at home. It taught me how to be kind to myself and how to plan taking breaks.
— Tina Gregory, Seqirus

This working from home workshop helped me see things like, I was doing well and encouraged me to keep going.
— James Keogh, Seqirus

I learned how to organise my time, work more efficiently and allocate specific tasks for different time-slots rather than just working at whatever gets my attention.
— Charlene Love, Seqirus

I loved the insight around ‘circle of influence’. Very helpful. I also benefited from the idea of “chunking” tasks in my schedule and I now feel that I have permission to take breaks.
— Sue Jennings, Seqirus

I have found myself acutely aware of how my mood affects the way I interact and the impact of body language on the conversation.

I hope you all enjoyed the course as much as I did, and I have no doubt that we will all succeed in developing into great leaders if we practice what we have learnt.

Thank you all, especially Cris, for providing such flexibility and guidance during the couple of days.”
— Michael Wheatland, Production Manager, Calix Limited

I have found the course well delivered and has met my expectations. It included everything I needed amd expected.

The session was a virtual classroom setup. Cris was very professional. It was as if I attended the workshop in an auditorium (or in person).
— Dee Kumar, Optus

I went to Cris’ workshop on Resilience at Work. I think anyone attending the workshop would definitely find something to take away, whether it be carefully selected videos, motivational techniques, stress management techniques, analogies or meditation techniques. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to beat the stress at work and stay a step ahead.
— Amar Kamboj, Senior Business Analyst, WorkSafe Business Technology, IT Shared Solutions

Cris Popp of Workplace Wellbeing facilitated a workshop on resilience for WRISC Family Violence Support Service on 15 October 2008. Cris’ engaging style combined with his sound theoretical understanding of the topic meant the information delivered was both accessible and thought-provoking. The workshop was helpful and enjoyable.
It inspired WRISC staff to adopt a number of resilience supporting strategies as part of their work practice. The strategies suggested are practical and easy to implement. Positive outcomes experienced include greater understanding of the way we function as a team, improved work-life balance and reduced stress.
Cris tailored the workshop to meet our needs and was available for follow up advice post workshop. The manual and handouts provided have assisted us to further develop our skills.
I’d recommend the workshop to organisations wanting to increase individual and workplace resilience, to build stronger teams and, importantly, to have fun.
— Lynden Baxter, Program Manager, WRISC Family Violence Support

My sales team realised that they are not alone and everyone else has the same fears and feelings and that they can only control so much and celebrating the wins is important.
Some of the benefits we got from the workshop are: team collaboration and motivation.
I’d recommend this workshop to anyone who works from home or is starting to do more hours from home, to help them set up the right office and work expectations from the start.
— Cameron McCulloch, Field Sales Manager, Seqirus
The Smashing It workshop helped me focus on what I can control.
— Jan Banquicio, Seqirus

The Smashing It workshop taught me not to sit too long in the office, take more breaks, and don’t feel guilty about having breaks away from the computer.
— Sarah Rootes, Seqirus

Cris taught us to be aware about the things we can’t change and control, do what we can do and think about what we’ve achieved at the end of the day and be appreciative of that.

I learned how to create a routine, how to be mindful of my successes and how to stay in touch with my team.
— Tania Wood, Seqirus

This session taught me how to budget my time. It has assisted in reducing my distractions and kept me focused.
— Sheena Vidovic, Seqirus

The session with Cris has helped me understand what is in my influence and what I can’t control. I am now better in prioritising and has increased my productivity.
— Jan Grimmer, Seqirus

I have attended many courses over the journey but have never received such an informative and professional follow up such as this short video. It was an excellent presentation on the day and this is also very helpful to revisit the take home messages and actions we all promise ourselves we will take, which sometimes get delayed by the daily distractions.

I had done one of mine but this has prompted me to do the other today. Good luck with your business, you are very good at your job, and hope we see you again. It would also be a great presentation for senior management many of whom believe they are too busy to attend such excellent opportunities to learn.
— Roger Dunn, Works Manager, Glen Eira City Council

Thank you for facilitating the Business Acumen workshop yesterday at DTZ. As much as I was enlightened by the content of workshop, I am thankful for your insightful, engaging and meaningful presentation of content to context that we could all relate to.
— Tushar Panchal, Procurement Manager, DTZ

The content of the workshop was very valuable and it was definitely one of the best workshops I have been to mainly because Cris gave us practical tools to use and implement back in the business.
— Angela Meredith, Senior Marketing Executive, APCO Service Stations

The City of Greater Dandenong recently engaged Cris Popp to undertake a workshop for Council’s management team on Personal and Team Resilience.
Cris was able to easily connect with and engage our management group of approximately 30.
The success of this workshop was evident from the smiles on people’s faces, over the following weeks, when asked “did you find the workshop useful?”
This was an engaging event with lasting impact and I recommend Cris Popp for similar training and professional development work.
— John Bennie, Chief Executive Officer, City of Greater Dandenong

It was an inspirational and thought provoking session which provided plenty of information and interactive learning. Participants felt energised and determined to draw on their newly recognised skills both in their work and personal lives. Cris is a fun and engaging presenter who shares his knowledge genuinely and passionately with his audience. Lots of positive comments and smiling faces confirmed that it was a worthwhile addition to the OH&S Week activities.
